Action Plan for Leasing Agents

city buildings on river

The leasing process in commercial real estate can always give you plenty of leverage with market share in sales or property management.  The fact of the matter is that there are always landlords and tenants out there with occupancy issues.  Vacancies can be worked on and tenants can be relocated.  Behind both of those issues,  it is necessary that you decide who or what will be your ‘prime’ channel of leasing business.

If you are going to work for tenants in finding new premises then the larger corporate tenants are the best market to tap into.  The corporate tenants are inclined to need property specialists to help them with business change involving property.  (NB – you can get plenty more leasing ideas in our Snapshot program right here- its free)

In this audio program, John Highman talks about the ways to get involved locally with the right people that could use your leasing skills and market knowledge.  If you know a lot about rents, leasing standards, building types, and vacancy factors, then the leasing market is likely to offer you plenty of opportunities as a broker or agent.  Listen to or download the audio below.

In this program learn how to take the focused action in commercial real estate leasing that can help you find more tenants, better landlords, vacancies, and lease listings. Coaching and training in real estate leasing by John Highman.
