Over the years I have seen many different challenges with Shopping Centers of all types in diverse cities and towns. Recently I was in Dubai, sharing that information and speaking at a conference on tenant mix and tenant retention strategies.
Retail Property Performance Plan
As part of that review, we then built an Asset Plan model with a focus on four main factors of retail shopping centre operations. Most particularly:
- Measure and optimise the key factors of property performance
- Acquire growth strategies in aspects of the property
- Convert any challenging issues
- Retain and grow property strengths
So, we then built a planning chart out of the workshop review. I added my thoughts and commentary.
