How to Use the Template
It is possible that some industrial properties are so unique that there are other issues to consider in addition to the list provided. So, add to the list as required, and use the special page at the end for ‘special notes’. When in doubt, ask plenty of questions.
When inspecting a property of any type, take plenty of photos and notes as part of the process, as that evidence may need to be used later in a lease negotiation or contract discussion.
