In commercial real estate brokerage, there are calls to make.  That then is a system to be mastered at a personal level.

Cold calling is a simple business process.  It is conversational and direct.  As brokers and agents, we should take a professional calling approach.  Don’t think that every call will be a client or listing conversion, because that is not the case.  From 40 calls you should create a couple of meetings.  That is the average.  When you respectfully make the calls you will find the real estate business.
