Our courses and resources are all downloadable, including:
- Courses
- Coaching
- EBooks
- Books
- Audio
- Video
- Downloadable software products
If you have purchased any of these items above as ‘downloads’ and they are found to be not suitable for you, you can seek a refund within 30 days of purchase by sending us an email.
In that case we will simply provide you with a refund on provision of a receipt or proof of your purchase. That refund will be processed back to your original payment source.
If you seek a refund, and as part of providing that to you, we will terminate the access you had to the purchased goods, courses, or resources.
