Happy to do that. May I also suggest that you sign up for the podcast and the separate audio on the home page. They are two separate systems and both contain lots of information. Please visit the home page to do that, you will not be disappointed with the high level of content that goes out on our emails. Regards, John Highman.

Entering the leasing, sales & property management as a new broker would you suggest and start marketing office landlord and smaller strip center?

Hi, looking at your question, I am not exactly sure what you are asking. Perhaps some more detail will help. If you are a new broker or a person starting a new office, then in doing so you should have due regard to the local property market, the properties that you would like to focus on, and the client base that you want to work for. When you know those things, then you can get active in selecting a location and building your prospecting model. I am happy to comment further than this if you can give me more detail on your question. Thank you. John H.

I have always been interested in commercial and industrial real estate sales
and brokage services.
Would you please contact me with the information needed to start the training as I am 66 yrs. old.

Thank you
Don Lakin

Hi Don, I note your question. There are various things I can say to help you. The best way to get that dialogue will be via email and not the comments block on the website. You can send me an email to support@johnhighman.com I will then provide some help to you on how things happen in the industry. You should also tell me about your location (city) and any experience you may have in the industry of any type. Thank you. Regards, John Highman.

Hi Herma, Thank you for your question. The rules and questions relating to commercial property sales and contracts in Texas are specific, and are therefore best handled locally through your industry body or any property attorney. They will be best placed to specifically handle location based questions. Regards, John
