When listing a commercial or retail property for property management and or leasing services, there are many things to question, review, and gather information about.

Essentially, every property will have unique factors of location, improvements, operations, tenant activity, risk, cash flow, and occupancy.

Some property owners or previous property managers will not tell you everything you need to know. That can be a problem later, when things are missed or overlooked.

Prepare yourself for professional service for the clients and the managed property.
