Commercial Real Estate Leasing – Tenant Prospecting Letter
In commercial real estate leasing today, there are many different strategies you can use to find tenants to fill vacancies. At the top of the list will always be the need to get in front of qualified business owners and tenants so that you can have a discussion about their property needs and lease expiry dates. As to how you do that is a skill and it requires some form of system that works for you.
One very effective tenant contact process is to use your current listings as a point of leverage. To do that you can send a letter about a current vacant property that you have listed locally, and then follow up that letter with a telephone call in 5 or so working days.
Here is a simple prospecting and direct marketing letter that can help you with that tenant contact process.
