It’s a great time of year to make specific commercial real estate predictions for 2016. Here is a focus chart for all my friends in ‘Snapshot’.
What can happen?
Things are now happening in most major towns or cities globally with sales, leasing, and property management activity. If you work in commercial real estate brokerage, now is a good time to assess the opportunities that are apparent and on the ‘horizon’. You can get in early with the right people (prospects and clients) as they assess things like:
- Tenant mix changes
- Rental strategies in market reviews
- Lease alternatives
- Vacancy solutions
- Targeted tenants
- Income improvement
- Property portfolio change or upgrade
